One of the most impactful aspects of our experience has been how fully the team supports Ezekiel’s unique communication needs. They have embraced sign language, not only using it consistently with him but also helping us grow more confident in using it at home. They’ve also taken the time to learn and incorporate his AAC device into sessions with care and consistency, making sure it’s a meaningful tool. On top of that, their knowledge around Ezekiel’s hearing aids has been so reassuring — they never overlook the details and always ensure he’s in the best position to engage and succeed.
