Shelby Horsley, RBT

Spencer is passionate about creating supportive, inclusive spaces where children can thrive. With a background in Special Education, Autism, and American Sign Language, Spencer has worked hard to provide services for our disabled community in various positions. Spencer brings warmth, creativity, and a strong commitment to family-centered care. As a teacher and the founder of All Around Indy, Spencer is deeply invested in building a practice rooted in advocacy, acceptance, and access for all. Outside of work, you’ll find them taking care of their aquariums!

Kelsey Maginity, RBT

Shelby is a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician who has been part of the All Around Indy team for over three years. Known for her incredible patience and calm presence, Shelby has a gift for supporting those who need it most. She brings kindness, dedication, and a gentle approach to every session, creating safe spaces where children feel seen and supported. Outside of work, Shelby enjoys painting, collecting crystals, and spending time with her beloved dog, Storm.

Dylan is a knowledgeable and creative Registered Behavior Technician who brings a strong foundation in evidence-based practices to his work. As a confident collaborator, Dylan thrives in team settings and is committed to helping each child reach their goals through thoughtful, individualized support. His creative approach and passion for learning make him a valuable part of the All Around Indy team. Outside of work, Dylan shares his love of performance as a color guard coach.

Kelsey is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician who brings consistency, patience, and kindness to every session. She has a calm and reassuring presence that helps children feel supported and understood. In addition to her work at All Around Indy, Kelsey is also a Deaf mentor, using her experience to foster connection and inclusion. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending quality time caring for her family — a reflection of her deep compassion and commitment to others.

Austin Winchester RBT

Austin is an empathetic Registered Behavior Technician who is engaging, motivated, and highly organized. With a genuine passion for helping children learn, Austin creates meaningful and structured learning experiences that support each child's unique needs. Outside of work, Austin enjoys developing creative sensory activities that enhance stimulation and promote growth through play.
